Ticket Purchasing

I bought a ticket but did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do?

How do I watch the show after I purchased a ticket?

You will receive a confirmation email from “CloudTheatre”. You will find a private access link in that email. Kindly read through the instruction on how to access the show and doors open time. Our system will remind you via SMS/email when the doors are open.

Can I pay cash?

No, only online transactions are allowed. We accept FPX and Credit Card payments.

Can I do bulk purchase?

Yes, you can. Upon succesful purchase, you will receive an email containing all watch links. You can send the watch links to your friends or family for them to watch the show.

Can I request to change date and time?

Yes, you can request to change to a new date and time (only for shows that have multiple timings). You are required to email us 24 hours prior to your show time, together with your following information: Name, Email, Order Reference, and the new show date and time that you wish to change to (must be from the same show).

Can I request for a refund?

No, tickets issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Can I purchase ticket and enter during the show?

Yes, you can purchase the ticket up to 30 minutes after the show started. However, it is not encourageable, as you will miss out 30 minutes of the show.

Watching the show

Where can I watch the show?

You can watch it on your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Just make sure you have a stable internet connection.

Can I be late?

Yes, but try to be on time. It is like going to the cinema — if you are late, you will not be able to watch it from the beginning.

How do I watch it in full screen mode?

Move your cursor to the bottom right corner of the video, and click the expand button to make the video full screen.

How fast do I need my internet to experience CloudTheatre?

To stream videos in HD, at least 10 Mbps is recommended. Visit Fast.com to check your current internet speed.

I have results of 5Mpbs and above from Fast.com, but I still could not load the video.

Can I share my Passcode to my friend?

Each Passcode can only be used on one unique device. You are required to purchase additional ticket for each device you want to connect to.

Can I still visit the show afterward?

No, the door will close in 60 minutes after the show. You are encouraged to stay on after the show to chat and mingle with the organiser.
