Ticket Purchasing

Will there be any time limit when I buy tickets online?

All seats offered are held for 15 minutes. If the booking is not completed within the transaction time limit, the seats will be released for the next potential buyer.

Do I need to print out the e-tickets?

You do not need to print any e-ticket for admission purpose. You may present the e-tickets upon admission to the front of house.

I bought a ticket but I did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do?

Can I pay cash?

No, only online transactions are allowed. We accept FPX and Credit Card payments.

Can I do bulk purchase?

Yes, you can. Upon successful purchase, you will receive an email containing your personal link and several redemption links. You will have to send the redemption links to your friends or family for them to claim their tickets.

Can I request to change date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change dates for on-ground tickets.

Can I request for a refund?

No, tickets issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What happens when a show is cancelled or postponed?

The show organisers will typically inform the public with announcements through major media channels or via email. For both postponements and cancellations, refund services are available and instructions will be communicated.
